Similar to our URI-Tract Extract, Redefining Health’s URI-Tract Tea is designed to support optimal health of the kidneys, bladder, ureters, and urethra, thereby, nourishing, cleansing, soothing and re-establishing balance in the entire urinary system.*

For optimal support of the urinary system or for stubborn urinary tract imbalances we recommend using URI-Tract Tea and Extract together. Either formula can be used alone and will provide a whole host of benefits to the body, specifically pertaining to the urinary system. However, when used as a duo, there is a greater impact to the health of the urinary system due to the different herb blends in each formula and the nature of delivery, tea, and extract.

 

Ingredients:

Juniper berry, Gravel root, Orange peel, Hydrangea root, Marshmallow root, Parsley root, Peppermint leaf, Uva Ursi leaf, Horsetail herb, Corn silk, Dandelion leaf, Goldenrod herb.

Suggested Use

2 tablespoon of dry herb in 32 oz. of pure water. Soak herbs in water for 4-8 hours, bring to a slow boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
Strain, allow tea to cool and drink. Consume 1-3 cups of tea a day.

If stronger tea is desired, an additional 2 tablespoons of dry herbs may be added to your 32 ounces of pure water.
