Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Redefining Health.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All returned items must be sealed in original packaging and are subject to restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO CORRECTIONS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. THANK YOU

We do not accept returns on opened items.

Please contact us at info@redefininghealth.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You will receive a product return label via email and must place it on the original box in order for your return to be accepted. After 30 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/and handling charges.

Redefininghealth.com asks that all merchandise be returned in its original condition, meaning that the merchandise has all security seals intact, is in it’s original packaging, is unworn, unused and unwashed. Redefininghealth.com also requests that that you include if applicable a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 30 days, or not in original condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Redefining Health.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

When purchasing apparels, we are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Final Sale Items
  • Items Beyond 30 Days Ship To Time

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards may take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back to Redefining Health and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All Final Sale merchandise is Final Sale, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.

 

Digital products

We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:

Product not delivered (if you haven’t received the delivery email from us)

Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product)

Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.
