If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We are able to exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned and received within 15 days from the date of purchase. 

Please contact us at for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges, for returns over 15 days or final sale products.

By email: asks that all merchandise be returned in its original condition, meaning that the merchandise has all security seals intact, is in it?s original packaging, is unworn, unused and unwashed. also requests that that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Redefining Health.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

When purchasing apparels, we are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).

 The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:

  • Items Beyond 15 Days Ship To Time

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards may take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed. 

Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back to Redefining Health and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Exchanged items along with orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.

Thanks for purchasing our digital products at operated by Redefining Health. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all digital purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.

NOTE: No refunds will be given for mistaking digital products for a hard copy. Digital, electronic learning courses are available on your phone, computer, tablet, or laptop only.
